We did, indeed, get the wrong drop. I posted about this about 1:00 am this morning, both in this forum and in the Bug Report forum, and I see nothing has been done about it.

A moderator noted my report last night shortly after my bug report post. I had actually just come back to put in a Support ticket to request the correct chest since I don’t find it in game.
I’m trying to save up for the Astray and her expensive crew mates, so the difference in chest is a big deal to me. I’ve been looking forward to this drop for weeks!
I hope they make good on it.

Hey there – thanks for calling this out! It looks like there was a discrepancy between the article and the reward that was given. The Twitch Drop earned will remain as delivered, and we apologize for confusion around this!

No it’s simply because it’s not pheons so it doesn’t affect them

why wouldnt they? twitch drops can give mounts, pets, or skins
coins are just imaginary bucks that have even less value
I am one of the very few who have bothered to publicly thank them for free stuff in the past. I am always grateful for gifts in this p2w game. What irks me about this is that they have gone overboard to make sure their gifts are made right and as they intended (yes, even the pheons), but this time?
