Didn’t receive kakul-saydon entry ticket

My entry court was spent with once fail to loading to kakul-saydon raid. And didn’t receive ticket immediately. Amazon support told me it may take 1 day, but today is the last day of this cd week. Will I receive a unavailable ticket tomorrow?

I’m sorry you didn’t receive Kakul entry ticket, we are in the process of granting re-entry tickets to players who have had their dungeon entries affected by these maintenances. This process is ongoing and may take up to several hours to complete, so please be patient as we work through this delivery.

You will need to use these re-entry tickets before the weekly reset occurs. If you do not get your ticket ahead of the weekly maintenance on October 5th, please be sure to let us know here on the forums!
