Before AGS disabled all punika passes, I claimed my free punika pass but never used it on a character. It was available on trixion power pass page (on character selection page) and when they disabled it, I couldn’t access it anymore.
I contacted AGS live chat support many times.
First rep (Daniel) said you will be able to see/use it once it’s enabled (FALSE, because free power passes were accessible… so he lied)
Second rep (Joy) said I’ll take a look and said it was claimed on 7/23 so you are not eligible to get the growth pack (i already know that it was claimed but i never used it… my question was when will i be able to access/use it? I don’t care about the growth pack… so not helpful at all)
Third rep (Gloriana) said she will look into it and said it was already claimed but was not able to tell me which character it was used on… (well… no duh! I never used it, no wonder you can’t find which character it was used on)
Fourth rep (Joy again!) said “i can confirm that you used it” - umm… ok then please tell me which character? she couldn’t tell me… because I NEVER USED IT! … but… she was somehow “sure and knew” I used it. ok thanks a lot for no help at all!
Lastly, I decided to just call amazon since live chat reps are NO HELP at all. Not to mention being so RUDE (fourth rep just ended the chat)… So being on hold for almost an hour, there was no one available to speak to me and amazon will email me back. so back to square one.
There is another post similar to this with someone from AGS responding… please do not write this in the forums and contact customer service directly… hmmm… if customer service was able to resolve this issue, WHY WOULD I WRITE THIS POST? Basically telling me to get lost. such wonderful customer service… So… AGS cannot figure out this issue and is just telling everyone to contact customer service who also is no help at all, leaving players lost.
Anyone in the same situation and actually got this resolved?

What do you mean it expired? I don’t understand how you guys disable it then take it away - (reaching out to AGS customer service for over 3 weeks now and nothing is being resolved) … now you are telling me it’s expired? I don’t understand why I’m being punished for AGS’ problem. Once again, I don’t care about the punika growth pack. I just need my original free punika powerpass back… I really wish someone can help me with this. It also seems from reading another post, one of the community managers confirmed that free punika powerpass expires on 9/28 (it’s only 8/30), so this is contradictory.
I’m sorry that you still do not have the free Punika pass, I know is frustating.
In regards to the “Punika Growth Support pack” specifically, this will be delivered to your Universal Storage eventually if you were one of the players that:
1- Completed a quest to earn a free Power Pass (Ealyn’s Gift or Berver’s Friend) between July 23rd and when free Power Passes were re-enabled.
2- Have an unused free Power Pass and actively logged in between July 23rd and when free Power Passes were re-enabled.

Well… Tried live chat service again and had no luck in finding an answer to this problem. They keep giving me contradicting info… I also called AGS and everytime, made me wait for over an hour on the phone and keeps saying noone is available. Finally, I was transferred to somebody and all of a sudden, I cannot hear anything they say and then hangs up. Just great. At this point, I think AGS is just trying to avoid me until free punika powerpass actually expires in September. It is truly disgusting how terrible Amazon Customer Service is. I’m very disappointed in how this is being handled.
Just spoke with Sergio on live chat, and once again, he said he cannot help me and ended the chat. SO SO RUDE!
I’m pretty sure I’m NOT the only one with this issue since you had many different posts regarding this issue (now closed). Even if this does not get resolved, AGS should really look into this issue as a whole and figure out what went wrong. Really… try to see what you can do to make sure this kind of problem does not happen again. Also, AGS customer service really sucks. Hopefully you guys can fix that. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and live chat reps are incompetent and rude.
