Think I’ve put this in the right place, if not feel free to move.
Today I reached 50 friends in my list and got the Achievement for it.
I then had the notification in my Universal Storage for the x1000 Amethyst Shards. I clocked Claim Currency but nothing has arrived in my currency lists. I’ve verified my game files, restarted the game, waited several hours but still don’t have anything.
I did manage to Shadow Play me getting the Achievement and accepting the reward if needed.
Any help would be appreciated.

I’m sorry that you didn’t get your reward, due to the nature of your concern we will need to review this in detail, in order to address it I can recommend you to reach us via player support using the following link: Contact Us | Amazon Games to create a support ticket and review your case in more depth.
Please make sure to add the DxDiag through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Did you check your universal storage? What claimed currency are you talking about?

The Amethyst Shards are not listed in the currency tab (where you can see gold, silver, honor shards and pirate coins)
To see your amethyst shards, you have to look in your Inventory, 3rd tab “Storage”, where the event coins are listed as well

Ohhhhh my bad, I was totally looking at the wrong item lol.
I thought I was getting the Crystals my bad. Brain fart moment.
