The run was going fine until Valtan enters ghost phase. Then my game crashes suddenly. I restart my game and it says I completed Valtan Hard but I didn’t get any rewards for it. I didn’t get a restoration ticket either I guess because I supposedly completed it.
Please give me a restoration ticket for this. and maybe 30 Pheon for this inconvenience ^-^

I see this is your first post. Welcome to the Lost Ark Support Forums! I’m sorry to hear that you got disconnected during the Valtan Ghost Phase. Did this happen les than 48 hours ago? The system that restores the entry tickets has the ability to restore the ticket during the next 48 hours after the disconnection.
If the entry is not reissued during that time, we will not be able to restore the entry proactively. As for the Pheons, we will not be able to restore them. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here:
