Didnt get the new founders pack, and the other new one and dont have aura

Didnt get my platinum pack and also the other one (celebration, wellcome? idk the name)
Also my aura disapeared.
I log off several times and reset my steam a couple of times.

Same issue as above, didn’t get second pack, the celebratory launch pack, unclaimed crystalline aura in product inventory disappeared. Product inventory has been inaccessible pretty much since the beginning of Saturday.
