Hello. So I bought vanquisher starter pack from the in game store and I still didn’t get it after 24h have passed, also all of my crystals are gone. Please help me

I am happy to inform you that this issue is meant to fixed in the next patch which is coming the next week, some players experienced the same issue as you due to there is a failure or miscommunication
between the game and commerce server, this happens because of the massive amount playing and trying to log into the game simultaneously
