Hi, i finished watching the 4 hours, i went to my twitch drop inventory and i claimed the tier 3 pet but i got nothing in my box in game.
Watched everything but i got nothing.
Obviously my account is connected since i got all the previous drops.
They just explained why people aren’t seeing their crystalline auras etc. in the latest update post. Twitch drops work the same, so you might not see them due to communication errors between two servers required to update the account with anything mail/store bought and so on. If you already claimed, it’s probably already sent to you, you just can’t see it. When the situation is fixed, or during other hours than the prime time during the day, you should be able to see the pet in your mail.
