A +16 already gives a lot of extra weapon power, and if you did the +17 gloves / pauldrons thing then there’s stuff to compensate there as well. Anything above +16 gives a ton of stats.

It’s the first week of the raid, of course many groups are going to be highly selective and take the very best in all categories they can find, regardless of what is “required”.
I have 4x3 on my main. 3x3+2 on my purple gunlancer and 4x3 on my deadeye, and I haven’t whaled for anything. At most I have spent around 50 Euros on things that weren’t cosmetic, and in the grand scheme of things that’s a drop in a bucket.
That’s a total of 75 pheons and like 9 - 27 pheons for the relic stone since relic stones are easy as hell to roll a 6/6 on. We’ve received literal hundreds of the damn things since launch, and you are telling me you can’t afford to buy gear on your main? How?
If gold isn’t an issue then just buy the Pheons with gold. 3x3 is trivial. 4x3 still quite easy with access to relic stones now.

In game voice has been in games for a decade remember ddo…noone used it then noone will use it now. Just use discord. As for waiting for supports my group cleared valtan hard part 2 with 1 gunlancer and no bard and no pally…just 7 dps and a gunlancer.
Having extra health and extra dps from 1490 helps some. But it has some mechanics where 1490 doesnt help at all
4x3 was easy before 5x3 is not hard now with the relics just check the ah every hr for someone to not list what you need for a stupid price and when you see it cheap buy it
Legendary, no. I had to do like 6+ attempts on my deadeye and never got one on my main. Relic, yes, but it went 8/6/5, and my second one went 7/5/something. So I’m stuck with a malus and 2 points that are currently useless.
8/6 stone is good enough for 5x3
Yeah, but I hate the movespeed malus. Having even slightly above 100% speed can be the difference between just walking out of a mechanic or having to use spacebar. That 2% matters.
Run Oreha for some gold to keep trying. Oh, wait!!! they nerfed that.

Countless threads of people asking for adjustments to make the game less of a casino/grindfest/chore but immediately the whales and nolifers that need to justifiy their poor impulse (or complete lack of) control started screeching.

lol this reminds me of getting rejected on my alt sorc who is 2x3 because I won’t use pheons in my alts, ppl want let me in their p1 argos when I’ll still top 4 with that setup. NA is toxic morons who listen to too many streamers

This might be a dumb question, but what’s a static?
Like a premade group with the same 8 people you do the raid with every week at a set time (if possible). Sometimes with people from different servers, so you can’t all be in the same guild.
