Created a new Character on Beatrice (main char is on Zinner, Founderspack was used on that account) 1.5-2 days ago - couldn’t claim the founders pack. Today I couldn’t get into the game because the game was too full and it kicked me. I got in 30-45 mins ago. Still no Founders Pack (Bought the Silver and Platinum one)
