Celebration Gift showed up in my product inventory when it was launched first, got spammed with notifications about it throughout the downtime of the store services, I attempted to claim it and it said “Shop is Busy! Try again later!” and then maintenance came and this item disappeared completely afterwards. It’s not in my mail, not in my inventory, not in my storage, not in my shared storage, just completely disappeared.

Is there anyone working on this issue at all ? It is marked as solved but this solution resolves nothing, the problem still persists
I marked as solved because its what worked for me… Since this post isnt official you should take this solution with a grain of salt.
I contacted amazon support and that told me that they are working on it.
