Put the Mount in the every Store and let the people claim it from there. It is untradeable anyway. Would also be the solution for people who claimed it for an alt on another Region.

News about Celebration packs

Just finished talking with support about the celebration pack and they solved all my questions. Quick and easy to understand: If you didn’t receive the celebration pack, you should receive it in the next pach, they working on fixing it. If you got it OUT of the mail in EU West by mistake, like i did, thinking it was the rewards for loging in EUW, then you lost it. It can be dragged out of the mail ONCE per steam account. That is my problem. I claimes it on EUW because I thought it is just the stuff you receive in the beginning. I recognized it, when it was already in my inventory. In the end it is my mistake, but it sucks anyway, that they only send the rewards once per Account.

The Point I don’t get is, that Amazon says it isn’t possible to duplicate the Twitch Drops, Founders Packs or Celebration Gifts. But the Founders Pack got duplicated and the Twitch Drops will be sended out again on EUW. But for the Celebration Packs it isn’t possible? To me it sounds like they just don’t care.

Yep, same here.
Opened EUW when EUC was down to see how pop looks like etc.
Saw the celebration gift and claimed it thinking it’s one of the perks EUW players get for starting late, little did I know I just locked myself out of music instrument skin and a mount.

Tried contacting support, but they told me to “wait while they investigate” and never got back to me.
We just got played, I guess.

Same here. They told me, that I will get a reply, if the other department can do somehting. Since then I never heard anything again. Told them, that they can delete my EUW Char with everything, I just want the Mount on EUC. No chance…
