Didn't receive player gifts from March 24 update

My account did not receive any of the player gifts from the March 24 update. I have checked product inventory and all other storages. Hopefully support can recover these to my account.

Account : raszgaal
Server : Enviska, North America West

Steam account if that matters.

Check the universal storage tab under one of the menus in bottom right , sometimes stuff can get sent there randomly

Regarding your concern about the player’s gift I can recommend you to follow the steps @wakkytabbaky shared you:

I just checked and there is nothing in the universal storage. It doesn’t show up at all.

I’m sorry that you were not able to find the Gift, in this case I can recommend you to reach us via chat using the following link: Contact Us | Amazon Games

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

I went through the chat process and was told to send a ticket which I did friday night. No updates for almost 2 days.
