Didnt receive Twitch drop items

Hello

I have watched some streams which would give me some items, but the items havent been sent to my character yet, can somoeone help me plz?

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received your twitch drops on the game, we surely don’t want this kind of inconveniences to happen.

Can you check a few things for me first? Just to make sure everything is connected as it should be:

Please try restarting your game. I would also recommend that you verify the integrity of your game files (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)

The next step is unlink your Amazon and Steam accounts

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Select Unlink account, and then select Confirm.

Then we have to link them once again:

Link your Amazon and Steam accounts

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Select Link your Steam account.
  3. Sign in with the Steam credentials of the account you want to link.

Restart your computer

  1. Close all open programs, including Lost Ark and Steam.
  2. Select the Windows button, and then the power button.
  3. Select Restart.

Unlink and link again your twitch account
Go to Your Twitch Accounts. Select Unlink Account next to the Twitch account you’d like to disconnect.

Linking Your Amazon and Twitch Accounts

  1. Select Connect your Twitch account.
  2. Sign in to your Amazon account.
  3. Sign in to your Twitch account and select Confirm.

Now you can go ahead an claim them here again:

Remember that these kind of rewards may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in your account
