the thing i wont understand is „its literally a gift im not even speakin about people not gettin their founders packs,
its a gift that many people couldnt claim because it disappeared during mainteance ? just resend it whats the problem ? others that already received it will have 2 horses ? sooo just resend it twice … so errbody gets it twice …. after 10 days nothing not a single response … if they cant handle small problems like this u can already tell many things that will go wrong in the long run
In my case, being a Platinum Pack, I’m missing a skin that gives out charisma, and that stall me from doing Rapport with a handful of NPCs. Not only that, but the maintenances pretty much “fixed” the F4 issue and partially fixed the Matchmaking. Why not just resend it to whomever posted here?
What people will gain by trying to scam AGS at this point? I’m pretty sure everyone here is just stressed around the situation, nobody is trying to take advantages, more than people already did by duplicating shit, and us, playing legit, facing queues, losing Crystalline Aura, can’t even receive the compensation we are owed for (and paid FOR).
@Roxx Work this out! It’s been almost 10 days, how is this any fair? You allow people to get duplicated packs, and we are still here, receiving none! My friend got a Platinum, a Bronze (that he never even purchased), and the other one with no struggle whatsoever, and I’m here, stuck in this, having to talk to a Tech Support that asks for a DxDiag log when it clearly has NOTHING to do with the game.
Not only that, people duplicating items, people using speedhack on both PvP and PvE, and you can’t deal with small stuff like that, game is faded to die in that pace.
@Roxx Event is over as of tomorrow and we all still miss stuff?! so start telling us if we even going to recive stuff or not id rather be disappointed in one go then have dragged out dissapointment…
Been seen my whole server, friends and guildmates using the awesome mount… And here we are a lot of people without de celebration pack, without an answer, one day before the event expires. Yea, it is just a cosmetic, but everyone has it but us. Please, at least give us an answer.

I even made a ticket 5 days ago and contacted the support, but still nothing. I even contacted live support but every time they say wait for it.

It is quite flustrating to pay that much money and technically you play as an F2P with crystaline aura so bought your founders pack and got nothing. Normaly I won’t move from Central EU either but the ca 20k qou (4 hours login), crytaline aura issues and matchmaking issues made my friends to move to West Eu and I followed them because I wanted to play with them. They were also platinum founders and they got the founder pack and celebrations gifts too. I am almost lvl 50 in West EU (besides I was lvl 51 on Central EU Neria with 604 item lvl and I left because my friends… ) and I am still mounting a normal horse and I am not enjoy the benifits of the Platinum Founders Pack and Celebration Gift Pack. So technically it is 99 EUR for nothing.
We have less than a thousand replies from people that didn’t get, how hard is it to solve the problem? They said to have resolved the item dupping which affected around 4% of the accounts. Which is around 55 THOUSAND accounts, and this took no time whatsoever. What is the issue on delivering less than 1k gifted and OWED compensations? @Roxx
The problem is that most people don’t even come to forum or just gave up because they see nothing gets done, if we had more voices here or if we were in America would be different
Sadly this is just a wanna be MMO with no real people that have no balls to get things done, having the game out for so long should have made this game problem proof, but since they allied them selfs with a wannabe a company that has 0 exp in MMO this is going to be their downfall
funny that we tag @Roxx to no repsonse but yet the person is replying to other posts on the forum. Like any form of an awnser would had been great. But this is part two and still no soltuion for us? sucks if you paid real money to get stuff and not recieved it.
