I’m sorry to read that your Punika Powerpass is missing, had you completed the quest with any of your characters before the recent update? If so, please check their mail and confirm if you’re able to find your pass, if not, try verifying the integrity of your game files then check your characters’ mails again.
If your powerpass is still missing afterwards, please provide us with the name and server of your character so we can investigate further.

i dont know if this can something to do, but before the update i didnt had a character slot, i deleted my machinist to use the new powerpassa in another character.

I was about to inform you about that, after further investigating with the information you’ve provided it seems that your Punika Powerpass was sent to your deleted Machinist, as the powerpass wasn’t claimed from the mail in this case, it will be necessary to restore this character in order to recover the ticket from their mail.
If you’d like to restore this character, please let us know when you’ve acquired an empty character slot.
