Hello, I only took disconnect from the game (browser, computer and discord with normal connection) and Vykas with 5 bars of HP, they finished, they waited for me inside the DG, but I didn’t receive the loots, gold or I had access to the material box to finish my set, for me it appears that I didn’t yet, but I tried to enter another pt and I couldn’t, it appears that I already did =/
now I’m going to waste time, potions, foods, complicated =/

Sorry to know you had issues in the middle of a Vykas run, I know how frustrating this is.
In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, nor the rewards, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, nor manually grant rewards. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I received the ticket to re-enter Vykas p3 after 24 hours, everything was ok, I went to do it again, and in 3 bars of HP the game gives an error and simply closes, internet stabilized without any problem, I hope they investigate the error, it must be some bug/animation error that crashes the game
OBS: yes, i already repaired the files through steam
