Didnt get rewards and cant buy the box, happened the same on my artillerist on argos (Vertillerist), couldnt get rewards or buy the box
Same happened to me, told me to wait 24 hrs for the re-entry ticket. Didn’t get it even though the game booted me out (internet was fine). So I guess we just lose lockout for the week. Their automated system for the issuance of re-entry ticket barely works.
Yeah, i was listening to a stream in the background and never stopped, was lost ark sided 100%, idk, I didnt get my entry to argos back either on artillerist.

100% lost and you will not get a ticket.
It is absolulely infuriating. I’ve lost 3 times HM Valtan loot this way.

Thank you all for sharing your input and I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
Note the system counts any entries as consumed whether or not these are completed runs. This means if you started a Gate 1, it will be considered consumed and not allow access to Gate 1 again and Gate 2 will not be accessible given Gate 1 was not completed.

And what about implementing a system that help in all scenarios and exactly loosing entries/loot as result of DC before kill?? What about making this ppl get the loot as mails in game instead implementing a system that help if few scenarios and only sometimes? FIX the problem in general, not implement fixes that help sometimes in few cases…

Ohh comone saying something like ‘other potential causes of disconnects’ is also may contain server errors so basically you say we help you if we like to do it and only if we the system will catch the issue…
Do you agree that getting no loot and getting weekly save is a game bug whatever is a local dc or server problem?? So feel responsible and fix it, not to mention it should be satisfaction by return back the reentry ticket…
