I was doing my normal valtan run, I was at the ghost phase x2 bars and right before the boss died i disconnected and I came back in I got no rewards/gold. I am not sure what evidence I need to provide but here are couple photos when i came back in. I would like my gold that I was suppose to get at least from the normal valtan.

Sorry to hear you were disconnected and lost your entry to the Valtan Legion Raid.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, we expect the delivery of the replacement ticket to take around 4 hours but could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
