Disconnect as we finished Brel G3

Spent a couple hours trying to clear G3 Brelshaza and immediately disconnected as we cleared the boss. Tried to load back in and get my bonus box and didn’t see it.

Any chance I can get this bonus box back or is it just lost due to the incompetency of these developers to solve one of the biggest issues their game has had for 5+ weeks now?

I’m sorry for the disconnection issue you had when you are in Brel G3.

Regarding to your question, unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant the bonus box from the dungeon as well as the daily or weekly entries to content manually.

We have a system that takes care of this type of situations when it’s for a disconnection issues in order to provide the ticket back. We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket
