Just before midnight I was one floor away from a Platinum Cube Chest when the game disconnected fore seemingly no reason (connection was fine as my Discord call and other connections were uninterrupted). The loot I could live without but my ticket having been consumed means not only can I not go back in for another attempt but also prevents me from progressing the associated welcome/guide quest(s).
