Disconnect gate 4 did not gain re-entry

you need to go to amazon support website and submit a ticket that way it’s faster people here can’t help you at all so you and your group should do the same Submit a ticket and hopefully you get it back asap

I have the same problem and they just ignore!!!

i ahve the exact same issue.
me and 7 other friends got DCed. sent a ticket to amazon, and they replied that if i didnt receive a ticket, “the disconnection was not caused by server issue”.

why even create a support system if support is not going to answer you, but instead create an automated and wrong answer?

and has it been over 48 hours yet? ive always got my tickets back everytime i dc but sometimes it does take long

Regarding to your question, unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.

We have a system that takes care of this type of situations when it’s for a disconnection issues in order to provide the ticket back. We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket
