So, I am the victim (as many other) of random disconnection during a Guardian Raid in T3 Igrexion. While we managed to kill the Boss the moment i tried to harvest the soul i got disconnected. Lost Ark decided that i ‘‘completed’’ the harvest without getting the actual rewards from the soul. Since i have no Honor Leapstones in my inventory shows that i actually didnt receive the reward. BUT the Guardian Raid Board says that i Haversted it already. AGS live chat support is actually decent and tries to assist you but they always send you in the abyss of ‘‘we will send you an email by the support team’’. T3 is a really difficult place to hone your gearscore , which means that every little mats you can obtain MATTER a lot. Dont kill the game with ‘‘bad’’ support… not all the players afford to whale around
