Hi all, my game crashed (game froze, it looked like noone was moving, like the instance were down or was lagging) during the middle of Vykas HM G2 then when I reconnected my group already finished the raid and was standing in front of G3 but I did not get any rewards. I tried going to G2 again but the “entry count exceeded” keeps popping up and am not sure what to do :((
I’m sorry to know you had issues in the middle of a Vykas run.
I understand how frustrating this is, in this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

I dont think you understand this problem at all, the forums are full with this BUG since MONTHS!
How can you manage your community like this, this is not acceptable at all.
I get an COPY PASTA answer with a “we know about the problem, but we have no clue since months how to solve OUR PROBLEM in OUR GAME, we fuckd up, but you as the player has to live with it, we dont care at all.”
Did i translated your copypasta correctly? Because thats what we AS YOUR COSTUMER read, when we see your reply.
I looked in todays thread, and im not the only one who suddenly crashes in Lost Ark after todays Patch (i had no problems before todays patch, all programs on my pc were still running including my network connection).
I ask for a not automated reply which is willing to help me with my problem.
