Just got disconnected 2 times in less than 5 minutes. (Can’t remember error code)
After the second disconnect I got a message saying my account was already logged in and I am unable to enter the game for the next 10min.

And of COURSE I DC on G3 clown, no loot, not even a message, just a frozen game forcing me to quit from Task Manager. Not even sure if I can rerun the gate now.

More than two weeks, no actual word on what’s causing the disconnects/crashes, just “oh, we’re sending a team to KR” – to do what? Sip soju and twiddle their thumbs? I don’t care for platitudes, I just want positive results. When are we going to get those?
I apologize for the anger, but it’s warranted. I feel the pain of others that were in the same situation as I, and I think the entire Western community is due some groveling (and just compensation) by AGS and SG.

This is slowly turning into a joke. This issue has been around for months. I fear doing limited content because I might just be disconnected and lose the reward. And sure we technically have to reset tickets, IF they actually work, and IF they are actually handed out.

To my surprise the game let me be online for 2 hours and 40 minutes before disconnecting (after thursday I was never online for longer than 15 minutes).
Then got disconnected 10 second later.
Then 15 minutes later on the last floor of the cube, losing the ticket, chest and 2 weekly quests. I dont have another ticket, didn´t receive one in mail and doubt that I will cause when I relogged I was in the cube with another player and game auto exited me few seconds afterwards.
Then 14 minutes later game froze for 30 seconds and closed itself to desktop.
For the whole duration ping was randomly bouncing between 16 ms all the way up to 2700. Internet is fully functional. These constant disconnects are killing any enjoyment of the game, can´t see why anyone reasonable would support a game where you can get randomly disconnected at any point.

Theres been no updates at all on this, im guessing its a safe bet next weeks disconnects will be the same as this weeks.

But did you follow their instructions on how YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO FIX EAC? This company and it’s management of this game is atrocious. The fact that they are asking us to troubleshoot EAC is sad, frustrating, and mind-boggling. @Roxx @Official_News - Seriously this is where we are at with this game? You need us to do your job?

Goodnight. I’m having problems staying connected to the game, since every 5~10 minutes I’m being disconnected by the error “W0x9-0PELPWP1P2NT” and also by "Cannot connect to the server [EAC offline].
I’m new to the game, I’d like to play it normally
I believe it is worth noting that I have already made exceptions in the firewall rules for the EAC and for Lost ark.exe. I already repaired the EAC, following the steps in the forum
