ISP issues are a normal part of any online game. The current and ongoing issue regarding mass DCs for the last 5 weeks can not be explained simply by blaming it on users and their ISP.
With that said – If the current disconnection is in any way related to ISP and package losses due to high traffic through the current AGS routing network, the company needs to take full responsibility and prevent BOTS from ruining the gaming experience for the actual active player base in the game. A hard stance against botting and sweatshops has been lacking from day one in the game and both the economy and overall enjoyment of players has been highly affected.
In the end - it always ends up with AGS and SG needing to improve THEIR support and management of the game – rather than pointing fingers at players and acting like it’s their fault.
Again it’s a mixture of things that’s causing disconnect issues. A problem doesn’t just have one issue causing it. A problem can have various factors that causes it. In this disconnecting issue for example, speculation can be
AGS/SG introduces anti-bot framework that amplified the disconnecting issue to the extreme to affect players on NAE + EUC
AGS/SG doesn’t have a universal setting for ISP connection so each ISP has its own unique connection setting if that is a thing
NAE, EUC, EUW, NAW has their own parameters as well if one wants to make the argument of how NAW/EUW barely has any disconnecting issues.

TLDR: ISP + other factors combined are causing the disconnecting issues. ISP by itself is not the only factor contributing to disconnecting. If it was just one factor causing the disconnecting issue, then surely AGS/SG would have came up with a solution for it by now since it’s been 5 weeks since the disconnecting issue gotten so out of hand to early July when this issue first came into existence
Dc’s started after 10 min of logging in, cant even enjoy new content like this.
Within 20 min I got 5 disconnects. It is unplayable.
