I come to report a problem that occurred to me and other players within ABYSS RAID ARGOS.
We were finishing completing Argos when there was a crash in the Abyss, many players like me, took disconnect during the fight. Being that the other companions that stayed said that the Abyss Raid ended and they received their rewards.
However, I, and the others who received the disconnect, did not receive our rewards, and we still received the message when we clicked on the box.
(YOU MUST GET THE PHASE REWARD IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE BOX WITH A CAPTURED SPIRIT AS A REWARD)
How will we receive? because when we came back from disconnect we were outside the arena where Argos bugged?
I wonder if we missed this whole week? or will we get one more attempt to remake Abyss Raid Argos?
Because in my Abyss Raid Argos window it informs that I completed it.
I didn’t get any rewards.
I need help, an answer.

I understand how frustrating can be to get disconnected in the middle of a raid and losing the rewards. Currently, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, due to this we are not able to give you the rewards. Our team is aware of this and they are working hard on solving it. I apologize for the inconvenience. If there is any update about this matter I’ll be letting you know.

This is infuriating. Such errors in a product, that’s on the market for two years is unacceptable. You don’t have a way to re-grant entries? Make one. No, scratch that. Nobody needs entrance tickets, pulling people by their ears through content and failing time and time again, because watching a 3-minute video on YT about basic mechanics is beyond half of the playerbase is infuriating enough. I don’t want to go through this more than once a week. I’m expecting full compensation, gold, basic and bonus rewards.
I just had the same issue. As a paying user, this significantly hinders my willingness to invest in the game. If I don’t claim the reward at the end of the raid… don’t lock me out of the raid! Or, all the items in the chest should go into the mailbox. Guys, this isn’t that hard to fix. Just don’t lock someone out based on getting something they didn’t get.
Same issue here, got an Error Code: W0x9-SPELPWP1P2PT / W0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT / W0x9-SPCLPWP1P2NT / W0x2-0PELPWN1N2NT which still has not been fixed since free game release and is an ongoing issue, lost countless amount of guardian souls and abyssal raids to this. Literally as soon as we killed Argos and cutscene started, shortly after game crashed with the error above, which mostly happens during cutscenes or MvP screens.
