This morning I killed Kungelanium in a match making group, before I was able to loot the soul I received the “unable to connect, disconnecting” error and was unable to loot the soul. When I logged back in I was put in Vern instead of back in the guardian raid to loot my soul. Even though I was unable to loot my soul I was still charged for it. So I lost those rewards.
