I just purchased a T3 secret map after a chaos gate (8/22/2022 @ 11:00 pm server time) for like a little over 4k gold and as soon as we entered the dungeon the game crashed without an error message. I loaded the game back up, map is gone, I am in South Vern, and no longer in a party.
is there anyway I can get reimburse for this? I’ll take the map or the gold.
The disconnects (both EAC and Server) are getting pretty frustrating. Yes I’ve applied the “fixes” on your support page. I’ve lost Chaos Dungeons, Guardians, and etc… some with rested bonus. Its only happens occassionally but still frustrating as its usually inconviently timed.
I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
