Disconnected Argos P1 - Weekly not reset

Hi,

I was disconnected from LA during a Argos P1 raid that went on to be successful. In turn i didnt recieve rewards / reentry option

Please assist with a reentry ticket if possible.

I’m so sorry for got disconnected from Valtan Dungeon and for the long delay in responding to your post.

I would like to tell that we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .

So if this happen to you again in the future you can expect to receive a re-entry for the dungeon in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage, if the disconnection was not from server side and you didn’t receive the re-entry in 24 or 44 hours that means the system detect the the disconnection was not from the server side and can’t bring the re-entry ticket.
