Disconnected at Albion in Oreha Hard

I don’t need a re-do ticket for that one section because as most everyone knows, you do Aira’s Oculus + Oreha Preveza together so finding a group for just Oreha Preveza would be a chore.

During the star pattern thing, I disconnected and was able to get back on right as Albion died, but as you can see in the image, no rewards were given (or gold).

So if you could just give me the drops I should have received plus the gold, I would appreciate it.

I’m so sorry for the disconnection problem you have at Albion in Oreha Hard.

Regarding to your question. unfortunately we don’t have the possibility to manually re-grant the drop of the dungeon.

In this case. we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to 24H to 48H, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Well, if I don’t receive it, that will be interesting because the idle games never disconnected and Discord chat was still going.

Actually using it will be interesting because lobbies are for clearing both Oreha zones and requires 4 players to enter. So because I completely cleared the first one, should be interesting.

Hopefully you guys fix these servers because this is getting old.

Actually, thinking about it, doubt I get a ticket because the UI shows the event is complete. Even though you can clearly see got nothing for it.

In that case you don’t get the ticket that means the system can’t re-grant the entry for the dungeon.

We are really sorry for it and unfortunately we don’t have the possibility to manually re-grant the drop of the dungeon.
