Basically killed gate 4 brel normal on my main deathblade Monami on Una - US EAST today with 2 bars left got a Disconnect.
Returned back on like 20 seconds but wasn’t given the option to buy the chest… since its week one is really important I get the chest horns to upgrade … any chance you can gimme horns in mail. I was able to bid on the open loot but not able to buy my chest.
Note that 2 others in my party D/c at the same time as me before the kill and didn’t receive the chest option also

Regarding to your question, unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant the chest from the dungeon as well as the daily or weekly entries to content manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations when it’s for a disconnection issues in order to provide the ticket back. We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket

i got the same problem, got disonnected right before the boss got killed. Reconnected just to see i am inside with no one else, when i go back to kalaja my entry has been used. I dont receive the entry ticket back.

Regarding to the ticket, the system once confirm that the disconnection was from the side server can take 24 - 48 hours to re-grant the ticket and you will be able to see it in your character in-game mailbox.
I recommend you to wait to confirm that you receive the ticket back and however we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket.
