Disconnected at the end of Orehas couldnt buy box

Hi,

I did orehas hm on my new reaper and I need to buy all the boxes to be able to craft full legendary set week1 (together with Argos). However before I could buy the box game disconnected me, it will not give me reentry ticket because the disconnect is after the loot was given. Is it possible to receive the extra entry or at least the material box? It’s not fair I’ll need to wait full week

Welcome to the Lost Ark forums.

I understand you got disconnected in the middle of a Raid and haven’t received the re-entry ticket yet.

When it comes to timed/ticketed events, the game has a system that detects these disconnections and if they were caused by a server-side crash/outage, players receive the re-entry ticket within 48 hours max. Keep in mind this wont cover local network issues nor other causes of disconnects.

This exact same thing just happened to me. LOL so fucking nice to know this shit company hasn’t fixed crap after the maintenance and update. Now my reaper is fcked thanks to a problem they fail to address. I’m not playing this shit anymore.
