My party was completing the raid but for some reason the game kicked me out before the end of it. I was unable to reconnect in time to collect my rewards. I was locked out of the weekly content even though it shows that I did not complete the dungeon. It would be great if I could be compensated at least the crafting materials because this has out me behind a week.
That sucks man. My guild has experienced the same thing.
Brel disconnects before rewards. It sucks, but we still have to wait for fixes, whenever they happen.
Unfortunately, we cannot manually grant tickets or rewards on the forum. The development team is working on the disconnection issue.
