When doing argos today i had a disconnection due to game crash and by the time i got back i was in punika locked out for the week with no loot and no ticket in the mail which some players mentioned might happen automactically. Is there any thing i can do to get this solved? The character was Damuel on Karta server

I understand you got disconnected in the middle of an Argos run, I’m sorry to know about that.
At this moment, we can’t manually grant entry tickets for limited entry events. If the disconnection was caused by a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side, you will be receiving your replacement weekly entry — please be mindful that the delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

No it was definately my hardware at fault thanks for the quick reply. Atleast i know im out finishing my legendary t3 set for the week hopefully in the future amazon and smilegate will work out these quality of life features. Thanks anyway.
