Hello support team,
I got disconnected on Brelshaza Hard Gate 2 around 01:25 AM PST on Mari NA West when we were about to clear. There was 5 of us remaining including myself before I got disconnected.
I had to relaunch the game and reconnected in which the team just finished clearing but I did not receive the clear rewards or tab to buy the chest. In the top left, It showed the green check mark for second gate clear. However going back to party finder, it said my gate 2 is not cleared but I have exceeded entry count.

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your game and thank you for sharing the screenshot, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:

The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

For those who faced the same issue, I received the gate redemption ticket the next time I logged on which was about 12 hours later. I will just have to reclear the gate which is okay and better than being locked out of all other gates.
