Disconnected after clearing Valtan Normal Gate 2. Got the ‘Stage Cleared’ message, so I doubt I’ll get a re-entry ticket and I’m out all of the rewards…

I am sorry to hear that you lost the rewards for Valtan, currently for re-entry tickets only the automated system is able to re-issue them to your in-game mail within 24 hours of the error, we are not able to issue them manually, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

The same thing happened to me, it wasn’t even my ISP’s problem, I was in valtan gate 2 during the daily reset hour. It disconnected me on daily reset then when I reconnected, the boss already died. I get no loot. It showed it didn’t complete gate 2 yet, says I already used the ticket. WTF. This game has been having problems with disconnects and long start-up times since the launch and yet problems are not fixed. What a disappointment. There is not even in game help ticket system and people are forced to come to the forum to seek help.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue similar to the one on this thread but I heavily suggest against replying on top of older posts in order to avoid having yours overlooked and also due to the fact several patches have been applied since this post was last replied to, possibly addressing the initial issue and even if yours seems similar, it may not be the same.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
Note the system counts any entries as consumed whether or not these are completed runs. This means if you started a Gate 1, it will be considered consumed and not allow access to Gate 1 again and Gate 2 will not be accessible given Gate 1 was not completed.

I had problems with the sound: both of the environment and of skills … after a few minutes it disconnected … on the return, the raid had banned me and now I can’t continue the g-2-3? So there’s nothing i can do? Just wait for the reset and lost rewards on that alt? ç_ç
Someone says to wait to receive a ticket via mail…but if you can’t do it manually i might never receive it? T_T

Thank you for following up on this topic. Please note the automated system I referenced in my previous post will kick in and analyze your disconnection. If caused by a verified server crash or outage, you can expect a re-entry ticket to be issued within 48 hours, otherwise no entry ticket will be granted. We do not issue these manually in any scenario.
