During a static group raid of Brelshaza I was disconnected due to servers and I am locked out because of entry count/ticket used. Any way to resolve this?

Hope you are doing well.
This is to let you know that when it comes to timed/ticketed events, the game has a system that detects any disconnections and if they were caused by a server-side crash/outage, players receive the re-entry ticket within 48 hours max. Keep in mind this wont cover local network issues nor other causes of disconnects.

So if this was one of the multiple disconnects I have experienced daily over the past couple of months due to Lost Ark’s server instability I would get my ticket back?

Yes, in case the disconnect turns out to be from our server’s end you’ll be granted a re-entry ticket within 48 hours max.

Maybe the same for pvp? We are punished becouse of server discconect.
