I just disconnected during Valtan gate 1, then my entry count is gone and cannot reenter gate1 or proceed to gate2.
I see that there is a system will send a entry ticket to my character mailbox.
But how to apply it?

Sorry to know you had issues in the middle of a Valtan run, I understand how frustrating this is.
In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, nor manually grant rewards. I apologize for the inconvenience.

That is correct.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day or two, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives. 
Just want to complain again, got disconnected again today, lose my Valtan Raid entry again 
Totally disappointed and the gameplay is frustrating.
And the previous conditionssssss never get back their entry count.
Porperly won’t spend anymore on this and decrease playtime.
