Today I ran P1 Valtan Hard mode
As the boss died I got disconnected and was put back into punika with no loot from clearing the boss
I cant join any P2 groups as it says “Join request. Gate progress for this Lobby does not match yours”
I can join P1 groups in LFG but cant enter due to entry count and i cant join p2 groups due to not clearing p1?
Is there any way I can get an entry ticket or something for P1 again so i can clear the raid this week?

I’m really sorry to hear about this disconnection during Valtan.
I understand that this situation is very frustrating and that’s why you normally get the restoration ticket on your game mail within 48 hours after the disconnection. Still, in some cases a replacement ticket may not be sent if it’s determined that the disconnection was not due to an error on our side, so please be aware of this too.

Losing 1 weeks of mats from P1 and P2 is kind of disheartening
I’m really sorry @Irankin but if you didn’t get the re-entry ticket there is no way for us to give it back to you.

I’m really sorry about this situation. I know it is very frustrating to get disconnected when you’re doing something important in the game. In this case the devs are already working to fix this issue. Here you can read the official communication form our Community manager.

I keep getting disconnected from server for like every 20mins. Looks like the queuing time is shortened by kicking players out of the game
And so if the automated system misses/doesnt pick up or doesnt think that the disconnection was server side then us players just have to suffer, bite the bullet and miss out on a weeks worth of loot?
I can understand if the raid has been out for a couple of months and people have gotten full sets etc but missing out on a weeks worth of raid loot on brand new content on a “new to the west” MMO game is pretty rough especially when this week most people will either have their two piece set or weapon.
Its a shame that the servers are so unstable and we as players are the ones who have to suffer. Do I even try to play the game now? Do I wait for less people to play so the server are more stable so i dont DC and lose out on mats? Not only is Honing RNG (which is fine its a part of the grind) but even trying to get mats is RNG especially when its gated by a weekly lockout
Most people say the legion raids is what keeps people playing this game but it seems like alot of us cant even do that and if we do are we suppose to fear of a DC and miss out every time?
Oh well… not like CMs can do anything about nor do making these threads even matter
I’m also quite disappointed at the moment, it’s hard for me to log in to the game and just get reminded Valtan entries is gone. I just don’t log in bro. Who knows what happen next, I’ve got crashes in red portal in chaos dungeon with no reentry ticket issued, then valtan… I’m just tired right now, not gonna play LAO for quite a bit I think… probably just do like Thunderwing / chaos gate then off…
This system needs to be manual for entry weeks of these raids as unstable client side crashes clearly dont refund the ticket, (Happened to me this week) … missing out on legion raid materials for a week is a big deal which isn’t recognised by whoever decided automated system was good and providing tickets manually was not possible …
I hear you man. I have had countless CD dc and red portal a few days ago as well but didnt want to go through the effort to contact support and make a thread cuz i knew they’re probably not going to do anything about it and plus its only a daily, can run it again tomorrow but getting ripped off from a weekly raid and not just p1 but p2 is pretty saddening especially when I had alot of fun running it week one all i wanted was to run Valtan again cuz its a fun fight.
Maybe if tickets were consumed when loot has been looted instead of entering? but idk i aint no game dev maybe its a dumb idea but its just very sad to see alot of others going through this
The entire system is built to prevent busing (carrying people for money). It works in Korea where internet connection and servers are stable, it completely doesn’t in Europe or NA. They don’t care. You won’t get an entry ticket, you’ll have to wait till reset. CMs will feed you useless copy/paste spam about automated systems, but those only work if you DCd and the raid failed/quit. If they succeeded, you’re not eligible for any compensation, period. Wait till reset, that’s about all you can do. And pray it doesn’t happen again. Next time take a friend with you, stay on DC and make sure he stays inside if you CTD/SPLPWT after the boss dies. If that happens, you can still log back in (if your friend stays in the instance) and get your rewards. If you die while the boss is still alive, you’re toast.
