I was disconnected from an abyssal and now I am unable to complete Alaric’s Sanctuary which also means I cant craft my legendary set. My friends were refunded an entry, and some even got it automatically without contacting support.
I tried to contact support and was told a fix is being worked on and I will not receive any assistance. I have to wait a week for the reset…
Doesn’t seem fair some players were assisted but I am told to wait. No assistance provided.
