Was doing Argos with a match made group and lost connection. I log back in and am sitting in Nia Village locked out of trying the raid again for the rest of the week.

And before you say “oh we can’t do that” please explain this.
They only do it if they can see a disconnect on their side. I contacted live support because i lost powerto my house in Airas oracle and when i logged back in my entry was gone. Nothing in the mail and 0/6 gold collected. They told me they checked and on their end it didnt show i had disconnected so they were unable to give the the restoration ticket.
Just happened to me tonight. When connectiveity was restored and got back in game, I was unable to queue again. Was furious enough to submit a ticket until I realized they don’t even have that system, only live chat. Do you want to know what the Amazon support staffs response was?
Amazon is only the publisher they cannot help with anything item or lockout related, only thing I’ve seen them able to help with is stuck characters or deleted characters.
Negative, you are just out of luck. For some reason Amazon is responsible for support even though they do not have the ability to provide it. Not entirely sure how this arrangement came to be.
Day 3 no restoration ticket. Come on Amazon I know you can do it. There is literal proof of others getting this restoration ticket for the same issue I had.
They have tickets they can issue that refresh the reset. Live chat can do it 100%. Just need to meet the requirements. Im gonna take a wild guess and say they dont want to give them to everyone because they believe people leave/disconnect on purpose.

Please don’t have us wait until Thursday/weekly reset as a solution, because simply it isn’t. Those affected didn’t claim Argos loot and are now held back for progressing this week.
l know this is an old post, but just to share l just got that ticket sent to my inbox this morning as last night l “intentionally” quit Agos because of newbie mistake (l thought l was doing Argos on Normal mode instead of Hard mode), but there was no connection issue from both my side and server’s side. I litterally quitted like 2 mins in
We appreciate that you shared with us this situation you had with the automatic system re-granted you the ticket when you had intentionally quit the dungeon.
I’m gonna report this to the Devs team to investigate the reason of the system to re-grant the ticket in that scenery.
