Disconnected from Argos P3

Hello, was in Argos during the P3 phase and multiple attempts were made to reconnect but it always gave a “cannot connect to the server exiting the game lost ark” Error: G0x9 spelpwp1p2pt.

Had to temporarily disable firewall to access the character but by the time I did, the instance was over and I could not receive the weekly rewards and I cannot reenter.

I was able to log in to my other characters during the time but it was only my Deadeye who was stuck in the instance and I could not log in without getting instantly kicked out the client before briefly taking down my firewall.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide in this matter if any.

Hello there @Sonius, welcome to the forums!

I’m sorry to hear about this issue with your character in raid, I have some information to share with you about this, we have recently implemented a system to improve the player experience with this issue.

Please read this post for the full information about this:

A few key points I wish to highlight are:

  1. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

  2. Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

You also mention you are having some problems with your Deadeye being locked into an instance? If that is the case I would be very happy to help, if you can please share with me the following information:

  • Character name:
  • Server:
  • Server Region:

I’ll be waiting for your response!

Hello, I managed to unstuck my character by disabling my firewall briefly and moving him out of the instance. But for specifics on the character:

Name: Sonius
Server: Avesta
Server Region: NA East

The incident that seemed to have affected others in the same instance occurred around 4:20-4:25 pm est.

I was wondering since this seems to be an issue with multiple people if this would count as a server side issue or if it would fall under the other potential causes of disconnects as prior to this incident I did not have any issues playing the game other than 1 or 2 random disconnects that I was able to just reconnect without issue.

Hi, i have same problem with my character, i’m disconnect when i do some donjon / event / raid , but i haven’t error , it’s like alt + f4 .

Character name : Blackoùt and Blackoot
Server : Calvasus
Serveur Region : EU Central .

Ah I see, I’m happy to hear you were able to move your character!

In regards to this:

The system will be the one to determine that information, so the best thing to do with this case is to wait and see if you will receive the re-entry ticket, if you don’t receive it in the time frame of 24 hours then we can safely say that it wasn’t a server side issue.

You can also share your feedback about this system here:

This will allow us to further work on the system based on player feedback about it!

Thank you very much for your understading!

Hello there @mnamazon, welcome!

Allow me to ask some questions to make sure I understand:

  • Every time you try to enter any instance that you mentioned you get disconnected or is it only on certain cases?

  • Is your character still stuck in the instance or are you able to log back in each time and exit the instance?

I will be waiting on your answers!

No, indeed i have done 2 donjons chaos and second chaos i get disconnect , for event raid same probleme , and for my chaos gate i get disconnect at the end.

I can log back each time , i’m not stuck but since the patch i can’t play without any problems.

But i have not message error , just my game shutdown .

I play at lost ark since the start , and it’s first time i have problem. I have done verification on steam.

Any suggest to resolve this problem ?

I understand, okay!

Let’s try some troubleshooting steps, please follow all these steps:

  • Update your video and windows drivers.

  • Close other applications that may be taking up your bandwidth

Closing applications that take up high amounts of bandwidth, or experience bandwidth spikes, may reduce the total bandwidth available on your computer.

    1. Press CTRL+Alt+Del on your keyboard, then select Task Manager.
    2. Under the Processes tab click Network to filter applications by their network usage.
    3. End any applications or tasks taking up high amounts of bandwidth.
  • Repair Easy Anti cheat ( Open Lost Ark Application in your Steam library and go to Settings → Manage → Browse Local Files > Open the AntiCheat Folder > Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file > Repair.

  • Troubleshoot the Firewall:

Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s
checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is
missing from the list, you need to add it.

    • Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
    • Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check
marks under both the Private and Public columns.
  • Relaunch the game.

Let me know if the issue persist after these steps!

I also just got disconnected during P3 of argos. P1 and P2 went perfectly fine and somewhere during the P3 fight I was disconnected from the game and when I logged back in the other players had finished the raid but I was unable to claim any rewards and I’m also locked out from retrying argos :frowning: . Could you help me out here?

Indeed, i still have bug …

Hello @vinnydapooh, welcome to the forums!

As I mentioned here:

If you didn’t receive the ticket then that means it was not a server side issue and we will have to wait. You’ll be able to participate in weekly events after the weekly reset that happens Thursdays at 10am UTC.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Okay, let’s try a few more things please!

Clean booting into Windows prevents any unnecessary programs or services from starting up, and can help narrow down the cause of your issues. If you continue to have trouble after performing a clean boot, it’s safe to assume that background programs and services aren’t the root cause, and you can go back to your normal startup.

  • Check for malware:
Malware can cause many adverse effects on your computer. These effects vary widely depending upon the type and purpose of the malware, but high resource usage can be one of the symptoms, which could directly impact your gaming experience. If you have your own preferred antivirus or anti-malware software, feel free to use it to scan your computer.

  • Reset your video driver software to the default settings.

Video drivers often come bundled with software that lets you set custom preferences, create graphics profiles, and control other video card settings. Examples of these programs are Catalyst Control Center (AMD) and Nvidia Control Panel. These settings can interfere with in-game video settings, which can cause FPS issues. Resetting your software to the default settings may help alleviate issues.

To reset your driver software to the default settings:
    AMD:

    1. Right-click on your desktop and select Catalyst Control Center or AMD Radeon Settings.
    2. In the upper-right corner of the window, select Preferences.
    3. Select Restore Factory Defaults.

    Intel:

    1. Right-click on your desktop and select Graphics Properties.
    2. Click 3D.
    3. Click Restore Defaults.

    Nvidia:

    1. Right-click on your desktop and select Nvidia Control Panel.
    2. Click Manage 3D Settings.
    3. In the upper-right corner, click Restore Defaults.

Let me know if after all of this the problem persist!
I appreciate your patience and understanding!
