So I was disconnected from Boss Rush, Is there any chance I will get compensation for my character? Kind of frustrating trying to get stuff done with all these constant disconnects and permanently losing out on limited access to content or progress due to disconnects that are out of the players control

Issue: Disconnected from Boss Rush on Wave 14, received 0 rewards and lost the ticket. I’d like to at least be compensated a Boss Rush ticket so I can go back in and do all the quests I have tied to the ticket (weeklies & guild quest) as well as get the much needed GHL and Gem rewards.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant your Boss Rush tickets manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to 48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives. We cannot guarantee that a ticket will be sent in 100% of cases of disconnects.
