I lost my 3x CUBE today because game kicked me out! (due to servers connectivity) seconds after i rejoined i was kicked from cube! worst day ever. any help for this? maybe return my tickets that I’ve been far mining from last week??

Sorry to hear you were disconnected during your Cube Dungeon.
I would like to inform you that, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

First. this was not caused by local internet issues.
Second. other potential causes of disconnects was from your servers.
As you can see the whole forums here and on reddit are exploding with DC issues, I hope you reconsider what you copy paste to me and actually report this issue to devs to actually fix this and raise my issue to higher authorities, because with all my respect to your reply… its nonsense.
