Disconnected From Kakul Gate 2

I Just Finish the Gate 2 with My Paladin Mínimus in Regulus US East and on the last cinematics I got disconnected from server getting back I lost the opportunity to open the bonus chest. Being the first week I hope you guys understand how important is to open all the bonus chest for the horns. I hope you guys can help me with this I just want to opportunity to PAY for what i deserve. If any GM can help me with this I would really appreciated.

Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts

Heroes of Arkesia, We know how frustrating it is for players to be locked out of timed or ticketed activities when a game server unexpectedly crashes or loses stability. As a few players may have already seen, in an effort to help improve these less than ideal experiences we now have a system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance) when a game server crash or outage occurs during play…

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:

1. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

2. Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

Unfortunately, game has no way of giving you the opportunity to pay for the chest after you disconnect from the raid after clearing.

There is seriously something wrong with the game because most raid disconnects happen right after a clear on any raid (valtan, vykas, or kuku).

I’ve also lost my chest for gate 2 because of this.

I’m sure the fault lies partly in the servers because internet instability most of the times doesn’t kick you out during the raid, but only after the raid is cleared. My 2 cents.
