Disconnected from raid, kicked from party after reconnecting

I was in a clown raid when I got disconnected due to EAC offline. When I logged back in, I was removed from the party as I logged in and it forced me out of the raid. No reentry ticket. My friends immediately quit out of the dungeon when they saw the game kicked me out. I contacted Amazon support that said if a “server crash” was detected I would get a ticket. Obviously if I was kicked from party as I was reconnecting this is not a server crash and a problem that Amazon/SG should fix. Please send me a clown G3 reentry ticket… New content week, so many things to do and get new DCs? Thanks…

I’m sorry to know about the issue you had in the middle of the clown raid.

We don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, nor the rewards.

As the support staff mentioned to you, if the cause of the disconnection/crash was due to a server related issue, you’ll be receiving the re-entry ticket within 24 hours, 48 hours max.

So my friends are also stranded because the game broke? I didn’t get EAC disconnects before today’s patch and I’ve gotten 2-3 today already. So real players are just punished for bugs that the game is responsible for? It seems like there’s little reason to support a game that doesn’t provide support to real players. The automated system doesn’t even tell you when you don’t qualify, so as players we just “wait” and “hope” it does the right thing?

The game kicked me out, there was no server “crash”. Your canned reply is effectively a response of “sorry you’re SOL even though our game messed up.”

Similar situation happens to me in Argos
