I was just doing vykas gate 2 with my team and as soon as we completed it, I got disconnected from the server, losing me the ability to buy the chest at the end of the cutscene. What’s strange is that the cutscene kept on playing and I had no internet issues at the time either but as soon as the cutscene was finished I couldn’t do anything else except accept the server connection disconnected pop up box that appeared. As soon as I relogged to the party, the ability to buy the chest was not there either. Is there any way I can get the box sent to me obviously taking the required gold for it as I would have bought it at that point.
I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your game and thank you for sharing the details, I know how frustrating this can be. We currently are unable to send the chest to your character unfortunately, if the disconnection was due to an issue with the server we have a system that handles that, if you receive a re-entry ticket you could attempt it again!

The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
Unfortunately that is the way it is. They don’t have the tools to help you. This happened to my friend last week too and we didn’t even clear valtan for that run. Still was unable to get the Valtan run refunded for them. Just going to have to eat the loss for this week.
