Our vykas server shutdown and now my character and the rest of the raid group cannot log into them. Trying to switch to that character either gives a black screen or gets stuck on the character select screen. Error Code: g0x9-spelpwp1f2pt.
I have successfully relocated the character back to Prideholme for you. Please verify the integrity of the game files on Steam Client before relaunching the game and check if you are able to access it now.
I’m sorry but we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.
