Earlier today, during Argos Phase 1, I got disconnected shortly before the boss got killed. I logged back in inside the dungeon unable to claim the loot and also locked out for the week.
Is there anything that can be done? This is quite frustrating!

I’m so sorry for got disconnected from Argos Phase 1 and for the long delay in responding to your post.
I would like to tell that we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .
So if this happen to you again in the future you can expect to receive a re-entry for the dungeon in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage.
